Highly recommend MoveStore removals. Excellent communication, competitive price, professional and respectful staff, prompt arrival and quick work. Very eager to help and adapt to different requests. As well as the full packing and moving service, the team also completed various dismantling and assembly requests. Delighted with their service, eliminated a huge amount of stress from my move, priceless!

This is our Third time using movestore, we moved with them recently, a really professional and great team, were able to get us moved over to our new house extremely efficiently and within a couple hours for what was a decently packed 2 bedroom flat, really impressed with there service as usual, and will continue to use them for any future removals

These guys are absolutely amazing. Very flexible, explained everything as we went and Cameron was great understanding the changes in our situation on move day.
On the day, James and Callum were absolutely brilliant, listening to my concerns and making sure everything was smooth. Unloading was perfect, and Eric came to help too, to make the delivery faster.
Super polite, easy to work with I would highly recommend!

Apart from the high price, it's been a good experience using Movestore service. There were always staff attending to/answering my needs/queries without much delays all along throughout the whole period from the initial move to storage, during the storage period and at the final stage of removal to the new place. All staff are very helpful, patient and attentively friendly.
Office staff James/Cameron assisted me sincerely all the way and mover Tee handled my belongings carefully/efficiently with happy smiles all the time. I am satisfied with the service and will recommend Movestore to friends.

MoveStore moved my mother-in-laws belongings out of her home of 40 years into storage. When she found a new place there was no question as to who she wanted handling her move. James, Cameron and co. are absolutely first class when it comes to customer service! They are excellent movers that take great care with each item, extra padding or protection added where needed and thought put into the pack and unpack of the van. Cant recommend highly enough!

I can totally recommend MoveStore. The removals team was the best I've ever used - all smiles and supportive through the worst that Storm Babet could throw at us, patiently putting on and removing shoes as they took our stuff out of the house, protecting anything delicate or expensive with padded covers, and even offering a sympathetic ear when the whole day suddenly felt a bit overwhelming. We cannot recommend MoveStore enough. Cameron and the team were professional, efficient, friendly and accommodating. Nothing was a bother - from moving awkwardly shaped furniture to needing last minute storage. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Our belongings were well protected and the level of care when moving our furniture was first class, making sure doors, floors and carpets were also protected during the removal and delivery. Thank you guys for making an already stressful process of moving house so much easier. If anyones needing a removals company, look no further than MoveStore!

The 5 star reviews are spot on with these guys. My moving day had a last minute issue which left me in some state by the time the guys came. They were reassuring, kind and efficient, turned what was a terrible morning into a stress free moving day. Can't say a bad word about the service. Fantastic service. Right through from the initial contact before booking, I was re-assured by the professionalism and care shown by Cameron & James. Our items were packed and moved efficiently and carefully. I'm so glad we went with getting movers to help us. Hopefully we don't have to move again, but if we do, I'll hire MoveStore again in a heartbeat!

I'm inexcusably late with this review so my apologies! MoveStore did our flat move for us last July and it couldn't have been a more positive experience. The whole team were SO helpful, friendly and incredibly hard-working. I was mainly in touch with James who was very friendly and professional and he maintained excellent communication leading up to and during the moving day.
On moving day, the whole team were fantastic and worked tirelessly the entire time (on an absolutely sweltering day), moving everything for us and disassembling/ reassembling all our furniture carefully, and they were extremely thorough during the whole process. Not one thing was broken or damaged and nothing was left behind or lost during the move. We were so massively pleased with them and can't thank the team enough for their professionalism, diligence and kindness. I'd recommend them to anybody! Thank you again :)
