Services
Removals
Our professional, experienced and friendly team provides a carefully managed removal service. We arrive at the agreed time and walk through your property with you to identify everything requiring transport. Where necessary, we protect floors and wrap furniture in removal blankets, using waterproof covers for mattresses. Once access is available, we unload your belongings at your new property.
Packing
We offer two professional packing options to suit your requirements. Our Fragile Pack service covers breakable items throughout your home, including a complete kitchen pack. This is ideal when time is limited or you prefer professional handling of delicate belongings. Alternatively, our Full Pack service includes everything requiring packing, from bedding and books to clothes, toys and fragile possessions.
Storage
Whether you are between properties or simply require additional space, our flexible storage options can meet your needs. We accommodate short and extended storage periods, including situations where maintaining an existing property chain is important. Temporary arrangements are also available during home decorating or preparations for summer and Christmas parties. We provide competitive quotes across all options.

Marc and his crew were very professional, from quoting all the way through to the last box moved. We chose for Haynes to pack and move, which made moving house a much less stressful experience. The moving crew were friendly and helpful. Very happy to recommend this business.

We used Haynes & Sons to move us in April 2026, I couldn't recommend Marc and his team more highly. From survey to move day they were incredibly professional, took a lot of care with our belongings and were very efficient. For the service provided we found them very reasonably priced and took most of the stress out of our move.

This company came to us on the recommendation of a friend who used their services years ago.
They promptly responded to us contacting them, soon came out and properly assessed our house / belongings and explained their day and a half service and answered what questions we had well.
They turned up on time both days and handled our move very well all the while being easy to get along with.
We will be recommending them on to anyone that asks.

Great removals company. Marc and his team are so personable and adaptable. I wouldnt have any hesitation using them for a future house move. They were careful with our belongings and put down carpet protectors in our new home (which had been re-furbished). They were also adaptable when our moving date kept changing. Thank you Haynes and Sons for all your help that day! :)

Could not recommend more highly. Moved a 4 bedroom house, c/w 3 kids cabin beds dismantled and reassembled, on the dates promised, on time, and were cheerful, helpful and went the extra mile with a smile. All for substantially less than any other company who quoted.

From home to storage and thence, after a few days, to my new home Marc and his team performed their task with great care, unfailing courtesy and without damaging a single item. This is the second time I have used Marc's company in the last 5 years, and though it is unlikely at my age that I will need their services again, I would call on them without hesitation if it became necessary to do so - and I would recommend him, again without hesitation, to anyone who might be needing a removal company. Thank you Marc........

Great service and great value for money. Haynes & Sons did such a great job helping us move homes. It wasn't a straight forward move, as we were putting all our belongings in storage for a month, before taking it to the new house.
They organised everything for us and we experienced no issues. We had the quality of moving with Britannia Movers, but at a much lower cost. This was true value for money and we'll be recommending to friends/using again in the future.

Marc & Scott moved us to the Isle of Wight yesterday. They made the move so much easier. They were quick professional and provided an outstanding service. In addition they managed to move in my sofa to what looked like an impossible task. They are magicians. Couldn't recommend them more highly
